Shipping across Europe
We deliver to businesses throughout the European Union, and to the United Kingdom and Switzerland with customs clearance. Cost and timing come with your offer.
Wherever your office, event or warehouse is located in Europe, we can deliver your branded goods there. Because every order differs in size, weight and destination, we do not use a flat shipping table: delivery cost and expected timing are calculated for your order and stated in your offer.
Delivery within the European Union
We deliver to all EU member states. Within the EU there are no customs formalities, and business customers with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism, as explained on our VAT and invoicing page.
United Kingdom and Switzerland
Deliveries to the United Kingdom and Switzerland leave the EU customs territory and require customs clearance. We prepare the export documents. Import VAT and any customs duties are charged in the destination country; your offer states who handles import clearance and who pays these charges, so there are no surprises on arrival. For Northern Ireland, separate rules apply to goods; let us know if your address is there.
One address or several
- Single delivery: the standard option, to your office, an event venue or a warehouse.
- Several addresses: for example different branches; tell us the addresses when you request the quote.
- Delivery to individual employees from a list: available on request, for instance for welcome packs or Christmas gifts; we check feasibility and include it in the offer.
Planning your delivery
If you need the goods by a certain date, for a trade show, an onboarding day or a holiday campaign, mention it in your request. The timeline depends on the product, the branding method and how quickly the proof is approved. For tight deadlines, see urgent orders.
Packaging
Goods are packed to arrive in good condition, and we take the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) into account when choosing transport packaging. Branded gift packaging is a separate product; see custom packaging and corporate gift boxes.
On arrival
Please check the delivery when it arrives and note any visible damage with the carrier. Report missing items or damage to us promptly with photos; the procedure is described in complaints and returns.
