Short answers to the questions businesses ask most often about ordering branded products from us.
Ordering
Who can order?
Only businesses and other organisations, such as companies, associations and public institutions. We do not sell to consumers.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Most products can be ordered from 30 pieces. The minimum for each item is shown on its product page. Low-minimum options are collected in low minimum order.
How do I get a price?
Send a request through the quote form with the product, quantity and delivery country, ideally with your logo. A manager replies with a calculation for your quantity and artwork. The steps are explained in how to order.
Prices and VAT
Do website prices include VAT and branding?
No. Prices are per piece, excluding VAT and excluding branding. Each product page has an indicative calculator for the branding cost; the exact figure comes with your quote.
Will I be charged VAT?
EU businesses outside Poland with a valid VAT ID are invoiced at 0 % under the reverse-charge mechanism. Without a valid VAT ID, Polish VAT applies. Deliveries to the UK and Switzerland are exports. Details are on VAT and invoicing.
Artwork and branding
Which file formats do you need?
Vector files are best: AI, PDF, SVG or EPS, with text outlined and Pantone references for spot colours. See the artwork requirements.
Will I see my logo on the product before production?
Yes. We prepare a free digital proof showing size, position and colours, and production starts only after you approve it.
Which branding method should I choose?
It depends mainly on the material: engraving for metal, embroidery or printing for textiles, sublimation or decals for ceramics, pad or UV printing for plastics, embossing for leather. We recommend a method for each product; the branding methods page compares them.
Samples, payment and delivery
Can I get a sample?
Samples are available on request for many products. Cost and terms depend on the item and are stated in your offer; see samples.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer on the basis of an invoice. For new customers, prepayment may be agreed. Other methods are available on request; see payment methods.
Where do you deliver?
Throughout the EU, and to the United Kingdom and Switzerland with customs clearance. Delivery cost and timing are quoted with your offer; see shipping.
Can you assemble gift sets and send them to employees?
Yes, we assemble products in a box with your logo and deliver them to one address. Delivery to individual employees from a list is available on request. See corporate gift boxes and welcome packs.
