Samples

Photos and descriptions go a long way, but some decisions are easier with the item on your desk: the weight of a pen, the feel of a hoodie, the colour of a bottle in daylight. That is why we offer samples on request for many products in our catalogue.

Types of samples

• Unbranded sample: the product as it is, without your logo. Useful to check material, size, finish and colour.
• Branded sample: a single item with your logo, for cases where you want to see the branding result before the full run. Availability depends on the product and the branding method, as some methods need the same setup as a full order.

Cost and terms

Whether a sample is possible, what it costs, how it is delivered and whether the cost can be offset against a subsequent order depends on the product and the type of sample. We state all of this in the offer, so you know the terms before you decide.

How to request a sample

Mention it in your quote request, with the product and, for a branded sample, your logo. Tell us your delivery address and, if relevant, the date by which you need to decide on the main order.

Alternatives to a physical sample
