How to Order

Ordering corporate gifts or promotional products should not feel like a project of its own. Here is how it works with us, step by step.

1. Choose your products

Browse the catalogue, for example branded clothing, drinkware or gift boxes. Prices are per piece, excluding VAT and branding, and each product page has an indicative calculator for the branding cost. Most items can be ordered from 30 pieces. Not sure what fits your budget or occasion? Describe the brief and we will suggest options.

2. Request a quote

Use the quote form and tell us the products, quantity, delivery country and date if it matters. Attach your logo if you have it at hand; the artwork requirements list the preferred formats. A manager replies with an offer calculated for your quantity, artwork and destination.

3. Receive a free digital proof

We prepare a visualisation of your logo on the product, showing its size, position and colours, and recommend a suitable branding method. The proof is free. If something needs to change, we revise it until it is right.

4. Approve and confirm

You confirm the offer and approve the proof in writing; email is enough. Once both are in place, the order is binding. Payment is by bank transfer on the basis of an invoice; for new customers, prepayment may be agreed in the offer. See payment methods and VAT and invoicing.

5. Production and delivery

We order and brand the goods, check them and pack them for shipping. Delivery goes to one address or, by arrangement, to several. We deliver across the EU and to the UK and Switzerland with customs clearance; details are on the shipping page.
