Deadlines in marketing and HR are rarely flexible. If you need branded products for a specific event or date, we will tell you honestly whether it can be done, and what would make it possible.

How urgent orders work

• Tell us the date by which the goods must arrive, together with the products, quantity, logo and delivery address.
• We check feasibility: product availability, the branding method, production capacity and transport to your destination.
• You get a clear answer in the offer: whether the date is achievable, and if not, which alternatives would work, such as a different product or branding method.

We do not promise fixed turnaround times on the website, because they depend on too many factors. What we do promise is a straight answer before you commit.

How to save time

• Have your artwork ready. A vector logo with Pantone references avoids back-and-forth; see the artwork requirements.
• Approve the proof quickly. Production can only start after your approval, so make sure the person who signs off is available.
• Keep the branding simple. One position and fewer colours are usually faster than complex multi-position designs.
• Stay flexible on the product. If your first choice is not available in time, a similar item often is.
• Deliver to one address. Shipping to a single location is easier to plan than distribution to many recipients.
• Check payment terms. If prepayment applies, a quick transfer keeps things moving; see payment methods.

Popular choices for tight deadlines

Simple, widely available items tend to be the most realistic for short notice: pens, tote bags, lanyards and other trade show giveaways. More complex gift sets and embroidered clothing usually need more planning.
