Payment Methods
Business orders are paid by bank transfer on the basis of an invoice. The payment terms for your order are set out in the offer.
As a B2B supplier, we keep payment simple and in line with how companies usually buy: you receive an invoice and pay it by bank transfer.
Bank transfer on invoice
After you confirm the offer, we issue an invoice stating the amount, the payment term and our bank details. Please include the invoice number in the transfer reference so we can allocate your payment quickly. Invoices are issued in euros; the VAT treatment depends on your location and VAT ID, as explained on the VAT and invoicing page.
Prepayment for new customers
For a first order, and in some other cases, for example very large or highly customised orders, we may ask for prepayment in full or in part before production starts. Whether this applies, and on what terms, is agreed in the offer, so you know in advance.
Other payment methods
If your company needs to pay in a different way, for example by card, let us know when you request the quote. We will tell you what is possible for your order.
Purchase orders and approval processes
Many companies need a purchase order number or internal approval before paying. Send us your PO number or reference and we will put it on the invoice. If your organisation requires specific invoice details, mention them at the quote stage.
A word on security
Our bank details are stated on the invoice. If you ever receive a message claiming that our bank details have changed, please verify it by calling +48 577 723 719 before making a payment.
The full payment conditions are part of our terms and conditions. For the overall order process, see how to order.
