Description
Cut-out metal badges where the logo itself defines the shape: letters, symbol or silhouette are cut to your artwork and cast in metal with no background. Thanks to their relief and even plating, they look like jewellery and remain legible even at a small size.
The material is zinc alloy, brass or copper, plated in gold, silver, nickel or antique finish, gloss or matt. Sizes are usually 25–75 mm, around 1.5 mm thick. Fixings: butterfly clutch, rubber clutch or safety pin.
Relief is created by casting and stamping, and fine details can be refined with laser engraving. Minimum run 30 badges; the mock-up is approved before production.
