Description
A zinc badge is die-cast to your design, and casting creates relief on several levels: raised lettering, figures, laurel branches and fine details. The metal is then electroplated in gold, silver, bronze or copper, glossy or matt. Recesses can be filled with soft or hard enamel if needed.
The mark is formed in the metal itself: outline and relief match your logo, and colours come from your brand palette. The shape can be a circle, a rectangle or the logo outline. Thickness is around 1.5 mm, sizes usually 25 to 75 mm. Fixing: pin with butterfly or rubber clutch, magnet on request.
For corporate insignia, anniversaries, staff awards, clubs, sports teams, exhibitions and merchandise. From 30 pieces, mock-up agreed in advance.
