Logo Embroidery
Embroidery stitches your logo into the fabric with coloured thread. It is raised, textured and very hard-wearing, which is why it suits uniforms and premium clothing.
Custom embroidery is the most traditional way to put an embroidery logo on clothing, and still one of the most respected. Your design is converted into a stitch file, then sewn into the garment by a multi-head machine using coloured threads. The result has texture and depth, survives countless washes and gives workwear and corporate clothing a finished, professional look.
What can be embroidered
Embroidery needs fabric with some body to hold the stitches. It works especially well on:
- polo shirts, jackets, gilets and hoodies;
- caps, beanies and bucket hats;
- workwear and aprons;
- towels, blankets and sturdy bags.
Very thin or stretchy fabrics, such as lightweight T-shirts, can pucker under dense stitching. For those, DTF or screen printing is usually the better choice.
Why companies choose embroidery
An embroidered logo looks premium and lasts as long as the garment. It does not crack, fade or peel, and thread colours can be matched closely to your brand palette. It is a natural fit for staff uniforms, client-facing teams and branded clothing meant to be worn for years.
There are limits. Fine detail is restricted by thread thickness, so very small text, thin lines and gradients do not translate well; a simplified version of the logo often looks better. Cost depends mainly on the number of stitches, which grows with the size and fill of the design, rather than on the number of colours. Large back designs are possible but are often more practical as a print.
From logo design to stitch file
Send a vector file (AI, PDF, SVG or EPS) or a clean, high-resolution image, and tell us the thread colours or Pantone references you want. Our team prepares the stitch file and an embroidery logo mockup showing size and position on the item; you approve it before anything is sewn, and the mock-up is free. If your logo has tiny lettering, we may suggest a slightly larger size or a simplified version. Read our artwork requirements or ask for a quote; we will calculate it for your garments and quantity.
