Description
The base is steel with a silver-tone finish and a raised rim. The design is printed on an insert and covered with a domed epoxy resin lens that protects it from scratches and deepens the colours.
Printing reproduces gradients, any shade and photographs, so this method is the answer when a logo cannot be filled with enamel. Round, square, heart-shaped and custom badges are possible; the one shown is round, 25 mm in diameter. The back has a pin with butterfly clutch.
Used at conferences, exhibitions and promotions, as staff badges with a logo or photo, for hobby clubs and commemorative occasions. From 30 pieces, mock-up agreed in advance.
